Harvest Moon Hike & Smores

7:30 – 9:00 pm
Stroud Preserve

The full moon closest to the autumnal equinox is known as the Harvest Moon. Learn some lunar lore as we hike the preserve. Afterwards, we’ll warm chilly fingers over a crackling fire while toasting s’mores.

Pestering Pests

Sadsbury Woods Preserve

Plant pests got you down? Join Natural Lands staffer Erin Smith on a hike through Sadsbury Woods to identify—and destroy—spotted lanternflies and the like. Visitors and nature lovers like you can do a great deal to stop the spread of this invasive insects and other pests, by squashing them before they destroy crops and native plants.
