Natural Lands
With a history that goes back to the 1950’s Natural Lands has undergone many changes over the years. Our roots were planted John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge when we were known as the Philadelphia Conservationists. As we grew we established nature preserves and helped conserve land through easements as Natural Lands Trust. Now we’re shortening our name to Natural Lands. (Think of it as a bit of healthy pruning.)

Though the name may have changed as we’ve grown, our commitment to our mission remains the same. We save open space, care for nature, and connect people to the outdoors.
Land for life. Nature for all.
