Crow’s Nest: The Office

What, your office doesn’t look like this? Monday was a glorious day to spend cleaning up piles of branches from trees that had fallen in fields and on trails. Most were cut up weeks ago right after the storms had hit but I hadn’t gotten round to chipping them. Finally the ground was dry enough to hold the weight of the machine, and, the next person is waiting for the chipper. Next week I’ll drive it to New Jersey for our preserves there. It’s been cleaned and stored indoors to avoid transporting weeds or pests.
