Crow’s Nest: Eagle Scout Project complete

Dalton Meadows has completed his new footbridge on our Creek Trail, vastly improving the visitor experience there. He and his crew of Scouts removed the broken concrete pipe and built a bridge to span the daylighted stream.

The bridge is sturdy and well-anchored to withstand flooding from adjacent French Creek. He also used some extra materials to replace rotted planks on an adjacent footbridge (below).
