Crow’s Nest Camp: Week Two

The second week of camp was as much of a blast as the first week, with a highlight of a creek walk from a spring emerging from the ground in the Hopewell Woods section of Crow’s Nest leading campers downstream back to our visitor center.

Small group hikes took campers to different parts of the preserve to map the natural features and, for example, rate trees for their suitability for climbing.

Although there was work to do on the giant preserve map in the barn, there was also plenty of time for creek and woods play.
