Karen Wallace

Vice President of Finance

Karen joined Natural Lands in 2022 as vice president of finance. In her role, she oversees the organization’s finance and information technology groups.

Karen has spent more than 30 years in a variety of financial roles at both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Natural Lands, Karen spent five years with the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Her earlier professional history includes various financial roles with Fortune 500 companies including Endo International PLC, Aramark Corporation, and Armstrong World Industries, Inc.

A long-time nature lover and amateur birder, Karen is a firm believer in the benefits of being outdoors and spending time in the woods. “Natural Lands’ mission connects with me on such a personal level. Being able to use my financial background to support Natural Lands’ work to save land and care for nature is incredibly rewarding.”

Karen earned a BS in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA, with an emphasis in finance, from The University of Michigan.
