In memory of Susanna DeForest

The world lost a dear friend and nature-lover when Susanna DeForest passed away suddenly in August 2017 after falling ill on a hiking trip with friends in the Colorado mountains. She was passionate about conserving land, nature and loved hiking, particularly in Hopewell Big Woods and on St. Peter’s trail.  Susanna’s family has chosen Natural Lands as the recipient of gifts made in her memory. We are honored to put your donations to work saving open space, caring for nature, and connecting people to the outdoors in Susanna’s name.
