There are just a couple piles of snow left from the big snow of January 23; they are likely to melt in the warm temperatures this week. As of yesterday we have finished putting back all the gravel gouged out of the driveways and parking lot when snowplowing. But I have a way to go to repair all of the damage to trails and driveways from the deluge in February.

Spring peepers are peeping, wood frogs are squabbling in the wetlands along French Creek. Red-wing blackbirds are mating in the cattails. Spring is nearly here!
