Crow’s Nest: Fall WebWalkers, WebWanderers, WebWigglers begin
Our fall season of programs are underway, and some new campers and many returning ones are again enjoying Crow’s Nest Preserve.
Flowers and grasses make good crafts.
The meadows are full of flowers and critters.
There are projects to plan, such as additions to the shelter the kids built in the stump playground.
Not to mention stumps to play on, and worms to find underneath them.
This year we also have a simple dirt pile for minor and major excavations.
The theme is miniature worlds, and we’re finding that’s a big subject to explore.
