Who We Are

“There are other land trusts, but Natural Lands Trust is the leader.”
The Philadelphia Inquirer

Natural Lands Trust is the region’s oldest and largest land conservation organization, preserving and caring for thousands of acres of open space each year throughout eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.

Our record of success is made possible by a team of dedicated volunteers, supporters, and professionals that combines passion for our mission with the experience and expertise to achieve meaningful results.

Board of Trustees
The leadership of Natural Lands Trust is a hard-working group that includes scientists, investment professionals, real estate experts, attorneys, former non-profit executives, and more.

President’s Council
The members of the Natural Lands Trust President’s Council bring their broad-based experience and perspectives to bear on a variety of issues of strategic importance to the organization.

Our staff is one of the most experienced groups of conservation professionals in the country. Many members of our land preservation, stewardship, and other departments have had more than 20-year careers—much of it spent here at Natural Lands Trust.
