The garden is a place of joy, tranquility, and inspiration. Knowing our guidelines before you visit ensures a pleasant experience for all.

please do…

  • leave your dog a home. Dogs and other pets are prohibited. Service animals providing assistance for guests with disabilities are welcome.
  • enjoy a picnic… but only in the pavilion near Catalpa Court.
  • pack up your trash, even biodegradable materials like food scraps, and take it with you when you leave.
  • take photos if you are an amateur photographer. Professional photographers should see our photography policy. Drone use is prohibited.
  • ask questions! Our garden ambassadors and staff love to share information about this special place.

  • climb our trees. They’re beautiful, but not meant for climbing.
  • bring bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles.
  • play lawn games such as football, Frisbee, etc.
  • smoke or drink alcohol. Stoneleigh is a smoke-free property, and alcohol is prohibited except during special events by prior arrangement.
