Green and Gold is a no-brainer for any area that needs weed suppression. This semi-evergreen plant has a mat-like habit that is perfect for between shrubs and other perennials or the front of a bed. ‘Superstar’ is particularly adept at clumping, making it a superstar of suppressing weeds. This selection can even handle some light foot traffic! In late spring, its fuzzy leaves are joined by a blanket of bright yellow flowers that peak in spring and will sporadically bloom throughout the summer.
