Land Protection Project Manager/PECO Green Region Open Space Program Administrator

Patrick serves as the key project assistant to Natural Lands’ senior land protection staff. His responsibilities include composing conservation easement proposals and conservation easement baseline reports, completing general due diligence for land protection projects, handling client communications, and grant composition and grant program administration. Patrick also administers the PECO Green Region Open Space Program.

“I’ve spent most of my career working to protect land and connect people to the environment,” says Patrick.

His professional experience includes a position as conservation coordinator at Lower Merion Conservancy where he focused on various science initiatives and public engagement. Most recently, he was employed at French & Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust working on various land protection projects, citizen science initiatives, and sustainable agriculture.

Patrick’s favorite place to be is in a hammock in the mountains with a clear view of the night sky. “It’s my favorite way to ‘disconnect’ and truly relax.”

Patrick earned his undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and his Master’s degree in Environmental Studies with a concentration in natural resources management from the University of Pennsylvania.
