Project Accounting Coordinator
As Project Accounting Coordinator, Melissa keeps track of Natural Lands’ conservation transactions—no small task with so many projects going on!
Melissa’s favorite place to be is her own garden. Exposure to the natural world on the family farm helped shape her personal interest in the outdoors as well as her career path. “I lived on my family’s farm from the time I was born until I was 18. Some of my earliest and fondest memories are of bottle feeding calves, piglets, and kittens.”
Melissa is no stranger to the conservation world! Prior to joining Natural Lands, she spent 15 years at Brandywine Conservancy in various roles including administrative support, assistant & associate planner, and budget manager.
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Studies from Temple University.
