Holly M. Harper
Holly is a staffer with many years at Natural Lands, many talents, and many “hats”! As art director, she creates or oversees production of our many printed, fabricated, and digital materials, ensuring a consistent “brand” image. Holly also assists our Conservation Services department in generating reports and proposals.
Holly’s artistic eye informs her preferences when it comes to native plants—she likes shadbush or juneberry (Amelanchier spp.). “They have great form, produce showy white flowers in early spring, are prolific in June (I fight the birds to share the berries), and have great fall color.”
Holly holds a B.L.A. in Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse, NY.
