Vice President of Human Resources

Tiffany Sowers joined Natural Lands in 2022 as vice president of human resources. Tiffany’s 15-year career in the HR field includes experience in both public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Natural Lands, Tiffany spent several years as director of human resources and performance management for Chester County, where she oversaw more than 2,400 employees and supported elected officials. Her role included managing a team of HR staff responsible for recruitment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and performance management.

Tiffany’s professional history also includes human resources leadership roles with Theraplay, Inc., ViaOne Services, and Physiotherapy Associates. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a senior certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).

Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Millersville University and a Master of Arts in industrial and organizational psychology from West Chester University. She lives in West Grove, PA.
