Felicia is an important member of Natural Lands’ human resources team. She has spent more than a decade working in HR, benefits, and payroll.

She says she is delighted to have found a place to join her expertise and love of nature. “I love this quote from Thoreau: ‘Lie in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.’ It is on my living room wall and growing up in Massachusetts I had the luxury of going to Walden Pond whenever I wanted.”

Felicia earned a B.A. in business management from Newbury College.
