After-Hours Yoga in the Garden
Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden | Fri, June 21, 2019, 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Celebrate the summer solstice with outdoor yoga amidst the towering trees and native blooms at Stoneleigh. Nadia Hopkins of Prana Das Yoga in Haverford will lead an after-hours 60-minute practice suitable for yogis of all levels. End the evening with seasonal summer treats and an after-hours stroll through the garden on the longest day of the year. Find inner peace at the Main Line’s most peaceful outdoor setting.
For nearly 80 years, Stoneleigh was the home of the Haas family, which donated the property to Natural Lands in 2016 so that it would remain preserved forever.
The property includes stately trees, winding pathways, and lush gardens that were designed by a number of notable landscape architects over the past century—including the Olmsted Brothers, sons of the famed Frederick Law Olmsted.
What to bring:
- No experience necessary; instruction will be provided.
- Bring your own yoga mat.
Member support from friends like you advances our conservation efforts, making it possible for Stoneleigh’s native garden treasures to thrive.
Thank you for your ongoing care and commitment to conservation, both of which protect and nurture nature’s wonders… safeguarding its joy for generations to come.
