9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Volunteers use the private preserve entrance: 449 Lucky Hill Road, West Chester, PA 19382
Calling all volunteers to get involved in a tree-planting party! With your help, and the support of TreeVitalize, Natural Lands Trust will plant 300 trees and 50 shrubs at our 571-acre Stroud Preserve.
Our tree planting is part of an reforestation project in a riparian section of the preserve. Native trees support wildlife, minimize erosion, purify air, filter nutrients, capture stormwater runoff, and provide great spaces for people to enjoy!
Volunteering with Natural Lands Trust is a great way to learn about habitats and wildlife, while helping steward natural resources and connecting with communities.
