Stardust! Summer Celebration

Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden | Fri, June 08, 2018, 6:30pm - 9:30pm

Stardust: It’s literal. It’s metaphorical. It’s musical. And when it touches us, it’s magical!

On the evening of June 8th an ever-amazing Saturn and a brightly shining Jupiter will dazzle overhead. But they’ll have to compete for attention as we raise a glass to Philadelphia’s newest public garden and toast the family of John and Chara Haas, who made this exceptional gift to our region possible.

Be among the first to walk through the garden gate! Event proceeds will advance Natural Lands’ regional priorities for saving open space, caring for nature, and connecting people to the outdoors.

Questions, please call 610-353-5587 ext.243. Please RSVP by May 29th to ensure your space at this annual sold-out event.

For nearly 80 years, Stoneleigh was the home of the Haas family, which donated the property to Natural Lands in 2016 so that it would remain preserved forever.

The property includes stately trees, winding pathways, and lush gardens that were designed by a number of notable landscape architects over the past century—including the Olmsted Brothers, sons of the famed Frederick Law Olmsted.
