Outdoors Online: Prose and Poetry
Villanova Writers at Stoneleigh

December 4, 2023 | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Stoneleigh: a natural garden serves as inspiration for nature lovers, birders, gardeners, naturalists, and artists. For Villanova University’s Nature Writing Workshop, Stoneleigh has become an outdoor classroom.

From the bog garden to the meadow to the thicket bordering the driveway with its den of foxes and buried headwaters, these varied landscapes have inspired poetry and storytelling as well as discussions of habitat and biodiversity.

Please join us at the semester’s end as students share their poetry and prose.

Grab a drink, get comfortable with a laptop (or smartphone), and join the program via Zoom.
