8:00 – 9:00 pm
Mariton Wildlife Sanctuary
240 Sunnyside Road, Easton, PA 18042
Bundle up and enjoy a leisurely night stroll along Mariton’s trails with Natural Lands Trust. We’ll gaze at starry skies, listen to the nighttime rustling of nocturnal critters, and experience the thrill of treading through dark woods and moonlit meadows. We’ll let the moon light our way, but please bring a small flashlight in case it is cloudy. It’s a fun evening activity for the whole family.
Preserve Manager Tim Burris will share his vast knowledge of nature, honed from years of experience stewarding the preserve.
Overlooking the scenic Delaware River, Natural Lands Trust’s 200-acre Mariton Wildlife Sanctuary is home to thriving communities of wildlife. Hiking trails lead visitors through a variety of forest types and meadow areas, hosting abundant plants, flowers, birds, butterflies, mammals, and more.
Dress for a cold evening and wear sturdy shoes.
