Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden | Fri, September 20, 2019, 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Pack a picnic and your favorite beverages, and head to Stoneleigh for a sunset stroll. The garden unfolds throughout summer and early fall, with colorful blooms, towering trees, and inspiring vistas. Bring a chair or blanket to relax on the Great Lawn.
For nearly 80 years, Stoneleigh was the home of the Haas family, which donated the property to Natural Lands in 2016 so that it would remain preserved forever.
The property includes stately trees, winding pathways, and lush gardens that were designed by a number of notable landscape architects over the past century—including the Olmsted Brothers, sons of the famed Frederick Law Olmsted.
Enjoy Stoneleigh after-hours.
