Volunteer – Garlic Mustard Removal

Mariton Wildlife Sanctuary | Sat, April 27, 2019, 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Volunteers play an essential role in improving Mariton’s ecological health by pulling garlic mustard, an invasive plant that takes up space where native plants could thrive. With teamwork and persistence, we are making a difference in controlling this plant—which is easy and satisfying to pull!

Volunteering with Natural Lands is a great way to learn about habitats and wildlife, while helping care for natural resources and connecting with like-minded people.
