We’ve learned that conservation success requires a commitment to understanding a landowner’s needs and crafting a specific solution that best suits their goals. Unfortunately, municipalities rarely have the staff time to engage landowners in long-term negotiations.
This is where we can help. Our land protection staff’s experience and expertise is available to you to help your community implement its open space programs. We can help with every aspect of a conservation transaction: identifying priority properties, negotiating with landowners, and completing acquisitions and easements directly.
